Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, full-time, local only, every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor and document patient health status and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of West Virginia
- Additional certifications as required (e.g., CPR, first aid)
- Experience working in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF environment
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
