Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop customized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and injury prevention.
- Document treatment activities and maintain accurate medical records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Knowledge of therapeutic equipment and modalities.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
