Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication abilities.
- Provide therapy sessions to patients of varied age groups in accordance with recommendations.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish comprehensive care strategies.
- Educate clients and their families on techniques and exercises to support communication goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Proven experience in delivering speech therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate and document client progress accurately.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a variety of clinical settings.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of the latest speech therapy techniques and tools.
