Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities under supervision
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to the supervising therapist
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and responses
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in Illinois
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to multitask and manage patient caseloads efficiently
