Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering patient care plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve clients' daily living skills
- Document patient progress and communicate observations to supervising therapists
- Support the overall therapeutic process through compassionate and timely care
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid NM Occupational Therapy Assistant license or registration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in documenting patient progress and treatment plans
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques for diverse patient populations
