• Days, 13-week to 26-week contract, guarantee of 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a busy clinic setting.
• Manage an outpatient caseload with a productivity target of 55-63 patients per week.
• Follow schedule arrangements discussed during the phone screen, including options like 4x10, 4x9 plus 4, or 5x8 shifts, with no weekend work.
• Document patient assessments and treatments using the Raintree EMR system.
• Complete pre-assignment modules (3 x 1 hour), reimbursable at a lump sum of $180.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and collaborate with on-site chiropractic services when applicable.

Required Qualifications
• At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Current valid physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Ability to complete pre-assignment modules and mandatory screening forms.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic or physical therapy clinics.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume patient caseload.
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR system.
