Key Responsibilities
• Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for clients to improve daily living and functional skills.
• Provide therapy sessions to patients across various settings, supporting their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and equipment as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Valid and current occupational therapy license for the state of Illinois.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working with pediatric or adult populations, depending on client needs.
