Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and treatments to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Document resident conditions and progress accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license/certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with medication administration and documentation systems.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
