Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician referrals and established treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
• Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately in patient records.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Active state-specific physical therapy certification or license.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or rehabilitative settings.
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and modern treatment techniques.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
