Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' health statuses and document changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow facility policies and procedures to maintain compliance and safety.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Ability to commit to every weekend schedule.
• Must have own transportation; local candidates only.
• RTO (Request for Time Off) must be approved prior to signing contract.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
