Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document resident health status and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.
- Assist with activities of daily living and support resident comfort.
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols in a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with medicaid or medicare regulations.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
