Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring occupational therapy services.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' independence and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies to support ongoing recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience working as an occupational therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
