Key Responsibilities
• Provide acute care inpatient physical therapy services to patients within a hospital setting
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in the rehab department
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate patient recovery and optimize functional outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist with outpatient therapy services as needed, ensuring quality care and patient safety

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Mississippi
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong understanding of inpatient and outpatient rehab procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in acute care inpatient settings or hospital rehab departments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs
