Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients of all ages, including occasional pediatric cases, at a critical access hospital.
• Manage and document patient progress using electronic medical records systems such as NetHealth and Cerner.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital and swing bed setting.
• Assist with outpatient therapy needs, including clarification of orders within Cerner.
• Support inpatient care as needed, including acute care and nursing home patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with outpatient therapy, hospital-based care, or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically NetHealth and Cerner.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to start ASAP for a 13-week assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a Critical Access Hospital or nursing home setting.
• Knowledge of inpatient/outpatient combined care.
• Flexibility to work days and adapt to a collaborative team environment.
