Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license or license eligible for licensure in New Hampshire.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift nursing experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations applicable to LTC/SNF.
