Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Track and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and care strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license or certification in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven experience in delivering physical therapy services.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient, rehab, or hospital settings.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
