Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily needs under the direction of healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure a safe and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care best practices.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain documentation accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
