Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and care routines.

Required Qualifications
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience assisting in physical therapy or related healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital-based physical therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
