- Full-time, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and monitor resident health status
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document resident care accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven clinical experience in a long-term care or SNF setting
- Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in LTC or SNF settings
- CPR certification and other relevant clinical certifications
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
