Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support patient progress through scheduled therapy sessions.
• Document patient activities, progress, and treatment details accurately and timely.
• Support patients in their rehabilitation and daily activities to enhance their independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and documentation requirements accurately.
• Strong team player with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
