Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting during overnight shifts
- Monitor patient health and record significant observations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist residents with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR and certification as required for licensed nursing professionals
- Ability to follow care plans and execute nursing procedures accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to handle night shift workload effectively
