Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes.
- Assist with daily activities and ensure residents' comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Follow all regulatory and safety protocols to ensure quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Proven experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under supervision.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working NIGHT shifts.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
