Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and therapy services in accordance with treatment plans.
• Complete documentation directly with the facility prior to clearance.
• Adhere to facility policies, including documentation, billing, and scheduling protocols.
• Attend the onboarding process, including equipment and dress code briefings.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting and implementing therapy plans.
• Willingness to start with a compact license but obtain permanent licensure immediately.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Credentialing through contract QA process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings preferred.
• Familiarity with billing cycles and documentation requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
