Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs and care plans accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with resident assessments and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality resident care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience working in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with night shift nursing.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
