Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities.
• Implement therapy interventions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and progress.
• Document patient's progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families about therapy techniques and post-treatment care routines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of California.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
