Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes thoroughly.
- Assist with patient assessments and reporting to healthcare team.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
- Support patient comfort and dignity through compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronically ill populations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
