Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient conditions and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
- Assist with daily living activities and support resident comfort.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Experience caring for elderly or chronically ill patients.
