Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documenting patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Support residents’ daily activities and promote a safe, comfortable environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license required.
- Current State Licensure in New Mexico.
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with medication administration and patient documentation.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and safety protocols.
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly or chronic care residents.
