Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Assist with medication administration and treatment protocols
- Monitor residents’ conditions and record medical information accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Recent experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working night shifts in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate approach to patient care
