Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shift, local only, mono-weekly (Monday-Wednesday)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring resident safety and comfort
- Monitor residents’ health status and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and protocols
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with elderly or chronically ill populations
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
