Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting during night shifts.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations during night hours.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
