Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs) and comfort measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.
- Adhere to all facility policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in LTC/SNF settings.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
