Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, full-time, local candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing team
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronically ill populations
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable demeanor
