Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting during nighttime hours.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
• Valid state Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts reliably and maintain professional standards.
• Basic nursing skills and knowledge of patient care procedures.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with elderly patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
