Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans under supervision.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Follow facility policies and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the State of New Mexico.
• Recent experience in a LTC or SNF environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working night shifts.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
