Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting, adhering to clinical standards.
- Conduct assessments, triage calls, counsel patients, and deliver patient education.
- Take patient histories, perform health screenings, administer vaccinations and medications.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality improvement, and infection prevention protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Utah Registered Nurse license.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs. without assistance; heavier lifts may require assistance.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Knowledge of outpatient nursing procedures and practices.
- Experience working in rural or family medicine clinics.
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency is a plus.
