Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient progress according to treatment plans.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain cleanliness of equipment and therapy areas.
• Educate patients and family members on therapy exercises and home care procedures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with pediatric or adult therapy populations.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
