Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
- Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment adhering to protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to support optimal recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
- Valid state licensure or registration, if applicable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow treatment plans accurately.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques.
