Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities during night shifts
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
- Document patient assessments and care in accordance with facility policies
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure resident needs are met
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents during overnight hours
- Additional hours may be available for pickup on specified shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Knowledge of medical documentation and medication administration
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior night shift nursing experience in LTC/SNF settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
