Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote healing and mobility.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery processes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or rehab facility experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
