Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans
- Assist clients in improving their functional abilities and independence through therapeutic interventions
- Document treatment progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate clients and families about therapy goals and strategies for ongoing support
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of California
- Proven experience providing occupational therapy services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and documentation standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
- Familiarity with pediatric or adult occupational therapy modalities
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
