Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and monitor resident health status
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with facility policies
- Assist with resident assessments and report any changes in condition
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong compassionate and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations relating to long-term care
- Bilingual skills are a plus
