Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Sumter, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Days, Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including flexibility to float to other units or campuses as needed.
• Comply with all safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina.
• Experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Ability to work dayshift hours.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in inpatient hospital settings.
• Familiarity with Prisma Health policies.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs.
• Demonstrated competency in nursing procedures.
