Key Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to cancer patients in accordance with prescribed plans.
- Collaborate with the oncology team to develop and implement treatment plans, including SRS, SBRT, IMRT, 3D, and IGRT techniques.
- Ensure proper setup and delivery of electron and photon treatments, managing a daily caseload of 50-60 patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments using EPIC electronic charting system.
- Float between various like units as needed, providing coverage within skill set and maintaining treatment continuity.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT-Radiation Therapy Certification
- Washington State Radiation Therapist license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of clinical radiation therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with SRS, SBRT, IMRT, 3D conformal, and IGRT techniques
- Familiarity with electron treatment setups
- Ability to handle a varied patient diagnosis profile, including both malignant and benign cases
