Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and treatment provided
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee nursing license or multistate license
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/MAB, PALS, NIHSS
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC certification is highly preferred
- Previous ER nursing experience is a plus
