Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond to patient needs and emergency situations promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Float to other units within the facility as needed, providing competent care based on demonstrated skills.

Required Qualifications
• Active SC or multistate RN license
• Active AHA BLS certification
• Active NIHSS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system
• Ability to float between units with competency in multiple specialties
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
