Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure timely and effective patient care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee active nursing license or multistate licensure
- Current ACLS, BLS, CPI/MAB certifications
- NIHSS certification required
- Must have PALS certification
- Weekend coverage availability is mandatory
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC certification is highly preferred
- Prior ER nursing experience is a plus
