Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide therapy sessions to improve clients' speech and language abilities
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document client progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Massachusetts
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Proven experience working with diverse age groups and communication impairments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or school setting
- Familiarity with the latest speech therapy techniques and technologies
- Bilingual skills are a plus
