• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and self-care strategies
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with current physical therapy techniques and modalities
