Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
- Provide therapies to improve mobility, strength, and functioning.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatments accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and exercises.
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience providing physical therapy services.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
